VAHA Seymour will be a 9-storey, 85,000 SF mixed-use concrete tower with retail on the main level and two levels of underground parking. The affordable housing development, located in downtown Vancouver, will include 112 rental units with a mix of studios, 1, 2, and 3-bedroom residences. 5% of the units will be accessible units, and 20% of the larger units will be designated for families. The building has been designed to meet Passive House certification.
