This project was a 3,400 SF commercial tenant improvement of the "Green Restaurant of the Future." It involved a complete renovation and interior upgrade of the restaurant on the first floor of the Listel Hotel, with 1,400 SF encompassing the new dining room and bar. Part of the scope included improvements to the adjacent 2,000 SF Stewart Stevenson Art Gallery.
