This project involved a complete renovation of an existing two-storey commercial building and the construction of a third and fourth storey. The addition houses an office space and a residential suite with high-end custom finishes. Through effective planning and coordination with the design team, the steel and concrete addition was completed without any significant impact on the continued operation of the existing building.
