This 16,500 SF, 4-storey, wood-frame building located in North Vancouver provides supportive housing for young adults with developmental disabilities. The building features 14 units for young adults, two units for on-site residential managers, an office, and service spaces. The facility also includes a common lounge area and a kitchen for residents. Since HYAD is a non-profit agency, Kindred utilized highly durable materials that reduced maintenance requirements through a longer product life cycle.
